Janet Stevens illustrator
Janet Stevens began her career as a fabric designer, but after earning her Fine Arts degree, she began to draw the oddball animal characters that would become a trademark quality of her children's books. Since then, she has written and illustrated numerous children's books, many award-winners, often collaborating with her sister, Susan Stevens Crummel.
